Mash Notes
----------
I need a instaread thermometer to much hot, cold, hot cold on setting mash
. also lost count of how many gallons I striked with, why can't I count 6
pitchers? runny mash in the end. poor grain bed set, lots of chunks made
it to the kettle. didn't consider using the colandar till just now.
Fermentation Notes
------------------
pitched us-05, added gas, using 5gal and 6.5 gal thermo well in 5 gal bot
h sitting on top of heat wrap wrapped in blanket.
